Arioneo is a French startup specialised in the design of connected solutions dedicated to the equine world, allowing an accurate analysis of the health and performance of the athletic horse (discover our Equimetre solution here).

In today’s high-level sport, it has become essential to work with digital tools and data to analyse sports performance, prevent injuries, adapt training … Connected devices have fundamentally changed the relationship between humans and their health, well-being and physical/sports performance.

At the same time, the equine sector has begun a phase of change in its equipment.

Following the commercial success of its ORSCANA product sold in 16 countries, Arioneo launched its flagship product EQUIMETRE, monitoring hundreds of racehorses daily. An international commercial acceleration is underway. In full growth, the company is currently structuring its commercial pole.

Reporting to the CEO, you will join the sales team and develop Arioneo’s business to reach a new dimension. You are a driven mind, you are an innovation enthusiast and wish to take part in an entrepreneurial adventure with passionate people. This position allows you to write your own mission to reach your goals and exceed them. All your ideas and project proposals will serve the following goals:

  • Selling of our EQUIMETRE solution to flat, trotting and obstacle racing trainers worldwide
  • Detection of new market opportunities
  • Participation in trade fairs in France and abroad
  • Daily update of sales KPIs and use of the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Ongoing relations with the marketing team to share the needs from the field
  • You assert your status as an expert by advising your customers in the use of our solutions
  • You participate in the life of the start-up by sharing your ideas and your entrepreneurial driven mind


  • You are not afraid to prospect in person or over the phone and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are brimming with project ideas to take Arioneo into a new commercial dimension.
  • You have a solid commercial experience, preferably in the racing world.
  • You have an important network acquired through your experience in this field.
  • Your sense of organization and your rigor will allow you to manage your own schedule.
  • You develop a portfolio of clients thanks entrepreneurial spirit and autonomy.
  • You are bilingual French/English. A third language would be appreciated.
